Rows are phenotypes, grouped by modality; columns are tissues. All plots share a normalized scale. Scroll the grid to load more plots.
Reading these plots
- Values are the released quantile-normalized, inverse-normal transformed phenotypes. Their shared scale does not imply equal biological effect sizes across modalities.
- Distributions are grouped by reference/alternate genotype, with sample counts below each group. Groups with fewer than 10 observations show individual points; pink lines indicate medians.
- Nominal p-values use normalized phenotypes and modality-specific covariates. The displayed distributions do not have covariate effects removed, so their medians may differ from the adjusted regression effects.
- All measured phenotypes are included, regardless of significance. “Not measured” indicates that a phenotype is absent in that tissue; “Dataset unavailable” and failed requests are shown separately.
- Splicing cluster IDs are tissue-specific. Rows preserve the released IDs because the same intron can belong to different clusters, with different excision-ratio denominators.
- Genotypes and sample sizes can differ across cohorts. A non-significant association alone does not establish that an effect is absent in a tissue.
